Sherry Butkay

From working in the financial world, with prestigious heavy equipment dealerships, to opening her own business, Sherry has maintained a reputation of having the highest level of integrity and work ethics. She has had the pleasure of representing clients both large and small for over 35 years. She made headlines in 2009 when she conducted an audit and uncovered an error that saved one of her clients hundreds of thousands of dollars annually and has continued to provide the same dedication and detail-oriented work to all her clients. With experience starting before the first internet boom, Sherry has hands-on experience with how new, emerging, and changing technology affects the administration of the construction and agriculture industries. Staying ahead of the frequent changes in the warranty and finance world is Sherry's sixth sense.

JOSHUA HARLAN

Specializing in directing and coordinating the activities of warranty, service and parts, Joshua has been successful in continuing a customer service legacy for many major clients. He has extensive experience with equipment manufacturers such as Case, John Deere, Caterpillar, Kobelco, Sennebogen, Doosan and various others. He holds a BA of Science and is certified in many information technology systems. Joshua is Service oriented with a deep knowledge and understanding of equipment repair and is an expert in the field of writing warranty repair stories detailing the method Service Technicians use in repairing equipment. Achieving a higher level of success for any organization he works with; Joshua has continued to leave a positive impact with every client he has worked. He successfully leads and assists a team of Warranty Analysts within our organization.
